Ainaa Points and Store Credit

1. Ways to Earn Points

1. To join this loyalty program, customers must register an account (it’s free) on our website here. Customers also can create an account at the checkout page.
2. Every RM purchase will earn 1 point. RM1=1 points.
3. Only the purchased value of the product will be entitled to points-earning. Any shipping cost, tax, or discount will be excluded and is not entitled to point-earning.
4. For a limited time, customers also can get 100 extra points for every first purchase and 20 points for leaving a review on the product page (only verified buyers can leave a review).
5. From time to time, we also do promotions where customers can get extra points for certain purchase dates or value. For any campaign update, you can join our Telegram Channel or subscribe to our mailing list.
   
   

2. Points Expiry

1. All points’ expiration date is 180 days (6 months) from the customer’s last purchase.
   
   

3. Points Redemption As Store Credit

1. Customers can redeem Ainaa Points they earned as store credits.
2. Point redemption can be made through the customer’s account dashboard under the Point section.
3. Once redeemed, these store credits can be used on the checkout page for the next purchase.
4. Customers can check their Store Credit balance and redemption history on the customer’s account dashboard under the Credit section.
   

4. Store Credit Expiry

1. All store credit expiration date is 2 years from the redemption date.
